Former White House press secretary and Fox News star Kayleigh McEnany had some big news to share she’s expecting her third baby with husband Sean Gilmartin!
At the end of Monday’s episode of Outnumbered, Kayleigh, 36, surprised her co hosts and viewers with the announcement:
“Last but not least… Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about!” she said, smiling.
The new baby will join big sister Blake, 5, and big brother Nash, 2, just in time for summer.
“It’s been such a sweet and special time,” Kayleigh added.
“I’ve been pregnant during Christmas and Thanksgiving, and now my daughter Blake runs up to me, holds my stomach, and says, ‘Let me kiss the baby!’ It’s just the sweetest.”

No, the Pink Blazer Wasn’t a Clue!
Fellow panelist Emily Compagno immediately leaned over and gushed, “We love you so much congratulations to all five of you!”
Kayleigh, laughing, quickly pointed out that her bright pink blazer wasn’t meant to hint at the baby’s gender.
She also showed off her colorful blue-and-pink shoes and joked about the pink video banner featuring a tiny blue pacifier.
And yes she brought out a sonogram to share with the audience, much to everyone’s delight! (At home, Kayleigh says they frame each child’s sonogram and display them proudly on their mantle.)
Gender Reveal Coming Soon
Kayleigh revealed that they plan to do a gender reveal soon live on the show and on her social media as her June due date gets closer.
“I hope you’ll join me on this journey,” she said with a big smile.
A devout Christian, Kayleigh also shared a powerful Bible verse during her announcement, quoting Jeremiah 1:5:
“Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.”
She turned to the audience and added warmly, “It’s not just a message about my baby it’s a message about all of you. That’s how much He loves us.”
And then, laughing, Kayleigh asked her co-hosts if she could finally unbutton her now too-tight blazer!
A Growing Family
Kayleigh and her husband Sean Gilmartin, a former MLB pitcher who retired in 2022, began dating in 2015 and married two years later.
After a career in broadcasting, Kayleigh served as White House press secretary under President Trump from 2020 until the end of his first term in early 2021.
Today, along with her role on Outnumbered, she often fills in on The Five, Fox & Friends, and prime-time shows hosted by Jesse Watters, Laura Ingraham, and Sean Hannity.
Now, with baby No. 3 on the way, it looks like there’s even more to celebrate for the McEnany-Gilmartin family!

On the day the inheritance was divided, her father left his daughter nothing but a few withered potted plants, as if to say she wasn’t worth caring about. She quietly took them home, tended to them day after day, and turned that barren corner of the yard into a lush garden, then into a small farm and a steady, thriving livelihood that left everyone stunned. Years later, when everything had turned around, her brothers came looking for her, sincerely asking her to share the secret.

The CEO had made jokes about my private life and openly questioned my ability in front of the entire company. But at the most important meeting, I showed up with nothing but a wrench, a symbol of my craft, and I let the results speak for themselves. I presented my work calmly. When the German investors saw with their own eyes what I could actually deliver, they suddenly stood up, applauded, and the whole situation flipped.

Three successful older brothers had always looked down on their younger brother, who came from a farming background, treating him like someone who “didn’t belong” in their own family. But everything changed in just a few minutes at the lawyer’s office, when the will was opened and the attorney read a single short line. Those words made the entire room fall silent, and the three brothers suddenly realized they had been wrong for a very long time.

An impoverished elderly woman didn’t hesitate for a second. She threw herself into the rushing water to untie a stranger who had been bound beneath the river’s surface. No one in the village dared to get close, but she followed her instincts anyway and pulled him up with her trembling hands. A few days later, when she went to the hospital to visit him, she finally learned who he really was and why he’d been left there. That quiet decision changed the lives of many people.

People called her “different” for choosing to live alone in a stone shelter, away from the gossip and the not-so-kind looks of the town. But on the night the big storm swept through, leaving many homes damaged, the power interrupted, and roads cut off, that place that once seemed strange became the safest spot, and the quiet preparations she’d been making all along left everyone silent, as if they were finally realizing what they had overlooked.

I used to turn a classmate’s lunch into a joke, even though he was already struggling, just to get a few laughs and feel important. The worst part is I kept telling myself it was harmless, like it didn’t really matter. But one day, when I reached into his backpack, my hand hit a folded note. It was a letter from his mom. She wrote about picking up extra shifts, about days when they were coming up short, and she ended with: “I’m sorry, sweetheart. I’ll try again tomorrow.” I froze. That’s when I realized my “joke” had gone too far, and I had to make it right, for real.
