Jessica Alba learned a very costly lesson about prenuptial agreements following her multimillion-dollar divorce agreement with ex-husband Cash Warren last month.

The Honest Company founder, 44, met Warren, a 47-year-old producer who was working as a director’s assistant while she was starring in Fantastic Four in 2004. They wed four years later.

Warren will receive half of Alba’s residuals for all the work she did during their 16-year marriage, including the 2014 sequel Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, for which she was reportedly paid $1 million to $2 million.

The Super Bowl LX Halftime Show stunner also shot Valentine’s Day, two Machete films, Little Fockers, Spy Kids: All the Time in the World, The Spoils of Babylon, Mechanic: Resurrection, Killers Anonymous, LA’s Finest and Trigger Warning.

However, Alba can keep all her royalties from projects before she married in 2008, including Fantastic Four and its 2007 sequel Rise of the Silver Surfer as well as Never Been Kissed and Honey.

The Pomona-born beauty co-founded her consumer goods brand, The Honest Company, in 2011, and it reportedly has an IPO valuation of $308 million, so Warren will receive 1,170,058 vested restricted stock shares and 4,523,035 certificate-restricted shares.

Meanwhile, the nepo son of Hill Street Blues actor Michael Warren co-founded his sock and underwear company Pair of Thieves in 2014 with David Ehrenberg and Alan Stuart, which reportedly hit $100 million in sales in 2024.

TMZ reported that Alba was awarded all furniture, clothing, jewelry, several bank accounts, Audi Q-6 E-tron, 2025 Kia Sportage and 2026 Kia Sportage but she will split their marital furniture, art collection and airline miles.

Warren will keep his 2024 BMW i7 and the ex-couple will also split their investments in companies like Popchips, WeWork, Hopscout, Sona Labs and Telly Inc.

TMZ previously revealed last month that the Mexican-American mompreneur will pay the businessman a $3 million settlement ($1.5 million now and $1.5 million in 2027), but they won’t be paying each other child/spousal support.

Alba and Warren share joint custody of their daughter, Haven, 14, and son, Hayes, eight, while their daughter, Honor, 17, is set to attend her father’s alma mater, Yale University.

Last July, the Katseye video vixen began dating Danny Ramirez, but she clearly did not want to go red-carpet official with him at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in LA on Sunday night.

At 33, the Captain America: Brave New World action star is 11 years younger than Alba, who shared two Instagram stories featuring the pair from the party’s photo booth.

And Warren has been busy canoodling with 21-year-old singer Seanna Pereira and 26-year-old UCLA grad Hana Sun Doerr since his divorce filing on February 12.

On November 10, the Roku Channel renewed reality show Honest Renovations for a fourth season, so the Too Much guest star will be back with co-host Lizzy Mathis to help New Jersey families create their dream homes.

Alba has several other upcoming projects, including acting in Justin Chadwick’s spy thriller The Mark, Dakota Johnson’s directorial debut A Tree is Blue and Bobby Moresco’s sports car biopic Maserati: The Brothers.

The Baby2Baby board member is also set to executive produce Fox mystery drama pilot Wine & Spirits and Netflix R-rated female ensemble comedy, which she will also star in.

But Alba originally got her big break portraying genetically enhanced supersoldier Max Guevara in James Cameron’s sci-fi drama Dark Angel, which aired for two seasons on Fox, spanning 2000 to 2002.
